Congratulations to September’s Male Athlete of the Month, Cole McCoy! Cole is a current sophomore at Hamilton and plays on the Boys’ Varsity Volleyball team as an outside. Most recently, he helped his team win the Germantown Varsity Boys’ Volleyball Tournament.
Senior setter, Henry Mrotek, speaks highly of Cole stating, “Cole McCoy works to improve our setter-hitter connection every day. He is a great guy to have on the team.”
Head Coach Grey Little adds, “Cole McCoy is a sophomore starter on the boys volleyball team. He surprised us at tryouts with his natural ability as well as his willingness to learn and adapt to the varsity level of play. His ability to play all 6 rotations as an outside hitter makes him a very valuable piece of our team. He continues to learn from his upper class teammates and is always open to suggestions from coaches as well as teammates. Being only a sophomore we are excited to see him grow as a player and individual on and off the court.”
