The Basketball Season Begins

The wait is finally over as the 2023-2024 high school basketball season begins! Hamilton High School has a great track record when it comes to basketball, producing engagement and animosity throughout the winter season. From the coaching staff to the players, our team is promising and has the potential to have success this year. Sussex Hamilton has produced astounding players who have gone on to continue their athletic endeavors. We have seen this team advance and take on high-pressure situations with ease. With all these insights, let's talk about the team, the games they have played so far, what is to come, and what we can expect.
Let’s Introduce The Players:
Class of 2024 Aidan Konop is starting his senior debut with a lot of expectations on his shoulders. Aidan Konop will be involved in pivotal moments of the game facilitating, executing, and scoring the basketball.
Class of 2024 Cooper Grams will be a crucial factor in the team’s success. He will start the year with more opportunities with the ball to suit his role on both offense and defense.
Class of 2024 Bennett Barth will look to utilize his minutes, especially on the defensive side of the court.
Class of 2024 Andrew Eichmann (listed as 6’4” 195 lbs) will look to use his size and strength to execute on both sides of the court.
Class of 2024 Adam Heberer (listed as 6’5” 210 lbs) will look to use his size to be a force on both sides of the court.
The season so far
Sussex Hamilton has started the season perfectly with a 2-0 record over Superior and Eau Claire North.

What we can expect for the season
Hamilton has had a lot of success over the years. From the coaching staff to the players, they have often exceeded expectations. The 2023-2024 season for our boys will be a delight to watch as we will see the potential that Sussex sparks. We will see high volume intense games followed by blowouts and unexpected losses.
