Amelia Burns, currently a senior at Hamilton, has been playing soccer for 12 years. She recently committed to playing soccer for UW-Whitewater.
Burn’s teammate, senior Riley Veenendaal, says about her: "I first met Amelia our sophomore year of high school. We met early in the year and quickly bonded over the fact that we both played soccer. Since then I have gotten to watch Amelia grow into the person and player that she is today. Amelia is one of the most aggressive players that I know. She possesses a winning mentality and always has a positive mindset. If you were to watch Amelia play, you'd notice that not only is she incredibly fast and a well-rounded player, but she is also always cheering her teammates on. Amelia is constantly looking to build her teammates up and she always makes our team environment extremely fun. I can't wait to watch her play at Whitewater!"
