An Interview With Lucas Finnessy:
What are your future plans in football/basketball?
In December, I will be signing my national letter of intent with the University of Minnesota Twin Cities to further my academic and football career.
Who’s your favorite pro athlete in basketball?
Football?
My favorite pro basketball player is LeBron James. My favorite pro football player is Odell Beckham Jr.
What hobbies do you do outside of school?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends outside of school.
When did you start playing football?
I started playing football (flag) in 3rd grade.
What would be your ultimate achievement for this sport, ever?
My ultimate achievement is to have a successful collegiate career. My biggest achievement thus far was being named All-State as a junior.
What’s your most memorable experience this season?
My favorite memory from this season was eating lunch and spending time with my teammates in between practices during the summer.
What advice do you have for younger athletes?
My advice for younger athletes is to always put forth your best effort and enjoy what you're doing.
